Dear PSI/HiSET Team,
I am writing to formally express my deep concern and frustration regarding the ongoing issue we have been attempting to resolve since May 27, 2025, concerning the HiSET EST and PSI system discrepancy.
Despite numerous calls, emails, and conversations with various representatives from your office, we have yet to see this matter properly addressed. Each interaction has resulted in vague assurances that your "back end team" is working on the issue, yet as of June 27, 2025, the issue remains unresolved.
This lack of urgency and accountability has directly impacted one of our students, who successfully completed and passed their test, but is now facing undue hardship and delays due to your system's failure. Today alone, I have re-sent all required documentation, submitted another support ticket, and remained on hold for three hours and twenty-six minutes—without resolution.
This situation is unacceptable and reflects poorly on PSI's commitment to its partners and examinees. I intend to document this experience in a formal letter to your CEO, as the complete lack of follow-through, communication, and professionalism cannot be overlooked.
I am requesting that this matter be escalated immediately and resolved without further delay. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a clear action plan, along with a direct point of contact who will take ownership of this issue and see it through to completion.
