Comprehensive Score Report

My student never received his Comprehensive Score Report for taking his 5 exams.  He needs this for his transcript to graduate and PSI has done nothing to even respond to this issue.  I have called every other day since March for help.  Our graduation is this week and PSI has not sent this report, or even given any aid on how to get the report.  Very unprofessional.
